Matthieu Beghin
ERP Expert & Pre-Sales Manager
He started his career as an mechanical engineer, and rapidly got opportunity to take active role for ERP implementations. In industrial groups, he has been ERP project manager or CIO, and led several ERP projects in different countries. He gained a deep knowledge of all business processes across the organization, either in supply chain management or finance. Further go-lives, he was in charge of continuous improvement, and has been widely working with users, gaining a unique "real life experience" around modern ERP systems.
In between those industrial experiences, he has been working in IT services, focused on ERP implementations, acting as project manager, senior consultant, or for pre-sales. Dealing with all production mode, make-to-stock (MTS), make-to-order (MTO) with product configurator, and engineer-to-order (ETO) with dedicated project management features. He is used to audit plants, warehouses, then discuss with the customer to inspire, design and achieve the best fitting solution. Always providing a clear view of business processes and data model, through high level visual illustration completed by detailed relevant examples.

Started at a software company outside the Microsoft platform as a business consultant / PM, I switched to NAV supplier after about 8 years working as a dedicated PM.
From there, I have successfully managed ERP, both NAV/BC as well as AX/D365 FO, and CE projects.
Project sizes ranged from 50 – 5.000 MD.
